PRACTICE ASSESSMENTS:

at top efficiency. Often an assessment of the practice is in
order. The assessment can be as comprehensive and detailed as
reviewing all aspects of the practice from Operations
(patient, paper, medical records and telephone flow to
accounts receivable analysis to personnel staffing; or as
focused as looking at coding, documentation and receivables.
The assessment is performed and a detailed report to the
owners of the practice is presented with specific
